1-2 Oatibix with Semi Skimmed Milk (Goats Milk is Preferred)
1 Chopped Banana
Small Drizzle of Manuka Honey
1 Whole or 1/2 Fresh Grapefruit
1 Cup of Green Tea
1 Flaxseed Oil Tablet

Option 2
2 Scrambled Eggs with either Broccoli/Parsley/Spinach/Asparagus

1 Toasted Slice of Soya & Linseed Bread (without butter)
1 Whole or 1/2 Fresh Grapefruit
1 Cup of Green Tea
1 Flaxseed Oil Tablet

Option 3
Power Smoothie Ingredients
1 Chopped Apple
1 Whole Banana
1 Cup of Pressed Apple Juice
5 Dried Figs
Fresh Ginger (Thumb Size Amount)

LUNCH  12:00PM - 2:00PM

Protein Enriched Alkaline Salad
Lettuce
Cucumber
Vine Ripened Tomatoes
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chopped Celery
1/2 Bell Pepper
Pine Nuts
Almonds


Choose a handful of 1 Protein from the following :
1 Can of Tuna in Fresh Water
Roast Chicken Pieces
Fresh Salmon (not smoked)

DINNER  5:00PM - 8:00PM

Wholegrain Pasta
Tuna/Chicken/ Turkey
Tomato Sauce
Broccoli
